Can A Doctor Heal Your Physical Body?
Can a doctor actually provide healing for your physical body? The simple answer to that question is NO! There is not a doctor alive today, nor will there be tomorrow one that is capable of providing true healing for your body. A doctor can indeed save your life if for instance you were badly wounded in a car crash. He or she might very well be able to piece the parts back together in an emergency situation and I don't know about you but I for one am really grateful for those highly skilled men and women. Let us be clear however that the most highly qualified doctor or surgeon can by no means provide one bit of healing for your body. Healing is in reality an act of re-creation, and doctors cannot create nor re-create. A trillion dollars coupled with the most learned physician in the world would never be able to provide you with anything that even remotely resembles re-creation at a genetic level.
Please don't misunderstand what it is I am attempting to communicate! It is quite true that a doctor cannot now nor ever will be able to heal you but this does not mean that you are doomed to die a wasting death from some horrible disease. NO! A thousand times NO! It is a glorious fact that your miraculous body, and specifically your immune system, has the God given ability to heal itself completely and totally of any and every disease. This is not a bandage but a thorough re-creating at a cellular level and this healing can only be realized through a lifestyle change that begins with a change in your diet. You will need to exchange your high fat, high protein, animal based diet, along with all refined foods, for a low fat, starch centered diet along with plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. That's right, meats, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, cheese, and yogurt have all got to go. You will also need a sharp reduction in your sugar intake as well as sodium.
This might sound a bit radical, but when you actually think it through you will find that such a lifestyle change actually pales in comparison to a heart attack. By the way, have you ever seen a person suffering a heart attack? It is one of the most violent ways to die that I can conceive of. And did you know that a full fifty percent of all heart attack victims will be dead within twenty four hours after experiencing the violence of this horror? Did you know that if you are an American and your diet consists of the normal American fare that you have a very good statistical chance of dying this type of death?
The closest any doctor will ever get to effecting any sort of true healing in regards to the above condition or any other disease will be when they realize and acknowledge that they are in fact totally helpless to heal anyone but can merely direct the patient back to a path of health through diet and exercise. There are absolutely no incurable diseases but there are many people who will remain uncured due to their refusal to stop doing what they are doing and start doing that which the body requires to re-create itself. A refusal to adopt a nutritional approach to healing along with a reasonable amount of physical exercise will more than likely doom you to a violent and premature death.
It is shocking to me how many people have heard this message and remain stubborn and even defiant in the face of the facts. They would rather it seems take their chances and continue a lifestyle that causes them high levels of discomfort every single day. They would rather it seems live with obesity, diabetes, arthritis, and pain. They have one foot in the grave and one foot on a banana peel and continue to stubbornly refuse the only possible means of healing their body and enjoying a life of wellness.
It is a sad fact that most American doctors even at this late date will not prescribe nutrition as the way to health but would rather send you to the pharmacy where you will pay a large percentage of your life savings for prescription drugs that have no more power to heal than the doctor who prescribed them. Our country's enormous health care bill along with the lingering debate about what to do about it is a testament to the fact that Americans have refused to take charge of their own health through lifestyle changes that are in reality very easy to accomplish and in terms of healthy dietary choices would actually save each household lots of money at the grocery store.
You have a miraculous God given immune system that when stimulated by a nutritious diet and reasonable exercise is capable of utterly and completely accomplishing healing of any and every disease that ails you. If you have finally become fed up with merely existing while you battle a myriad of health problems, may I implore you to believe the above message and then act on it. If you find that your body in reality is not capable of healing itself if given the right nutrition and exercise than you have lost nothing. You are still sick and dying. But if you discover as thousands already have that you can actually take control of your own health through dietary and lifestyle changes, then you have not only spared yourself a violent death but also a miserable existence while waiting for it.
