Please help me?
Hi, I have 40 and my wife is nearly 42 now. We got married when I was 34 and she was 36. Last two years pregnancy was achieved, but stopped after 7 ½ months because of unexpected blood pressure. Since then we have tried to conceive our own daughter, but did not. Please read your medical history under History: Her period came every 30-60 days. She has no past history of clinical disease. The husband is in good health. Physical examination: There is no abnormal finding on pelvic examination. There is a small thyroid nodule. Investigations: HSG showed bilateral patent tubes. Profile including thyroid hormone were normal semen analysis was oligospermic. Summary: The primary infertility due to male and female factor administration: Both were treated with clomiphen citrate, vitamin E, an additional Proviron was given the husband. This treatment modality was given repeatedly.
