Manga Tarot Decks
Its about Tarot Cards ... again?
Okay so I read a manga that has tarot cards in it and I think is really great, so I asked a question about it and people said to burn them to follow God, that witchcraft, etc. But I have no idea what they were talking about? Hope I'm not a Christan (I would call what people who go to church) and in fact I am a Buddhist (i hope this is what we call people who go to church, etc..) Anyway, the letters of tarot really so bad. I mean it looks so cool. In my country people can freely go and read the fortune and stuff, etc and nobody said that witchcraft or the evil. I Soo confused please help. Should I allow a deck of tarot or not?
I am a Buddhist as well, and do not believe that Tarot cards can do much harm to me or me cause it to discriminate. Also I have a deck of Tarot and I know how to use them. The Tarot is more than guessing who has wisdom in it, especially Arcana is the first 21-card deck of "Fool" all the way to the "world" or "universe." In a nutshell, Arcana Major is the journey of Crazy or innocence of all humans to his attainment of Enlightenment or Wisdom, and that trip has many lessons and evidence that it causes one to suffer and that suffering has causes, and happiness has its own causes as well. It's where you'll also learn that transience of human existence and what sin can do to a man so that man can always get out of it if they want it. Death is natural and live, and all rip their own Karma. Tarot, similar to the I-Ching, Sticks Divination, Divination Red Kidney wood, pendulum, candles, crystals, Dream Catcher, amulets, talismans, icons, etc, all have their uses such does not make the believer to be professional or less, or more divine than the other which do not practice. Catholics have Communion should also paganism, in adopting flesh and drink blood. The celebration of Christmas is also due to the celebration of Pagan. All of these symbols, all of these occult practices are only discriminated for the discriminating mind. This is not Buddhism. Wisdom is to be tested and practice, is to be used as a guide, but never depend on them. The controller student can only be an expert, and if only a competent driver will be responsible and take responsibility, and not be dependent on the instructor. What makes God is one who believes it can be. Who is God is one that I would not say so. Please do not say you're Buddhist because you go to a temple, anyone can do , but would not make them Buddhists. People can go to the Vatican and live there but do not make them the Pope. Being Buddhist is too far from merely go to the temple and light incense. It is through of learning that you become wise, and it is through the practice of wisdom you become expert.
