"Is the Ghost in the Shell" good?
this is similar to my previous question, looking for a no shojo anime / manga. Ghost in Thot i the Shell, is it good? things I liked were - MANGA: Death Note Fullmetal Alchemist (FMA) Naruto anime: bleach fma avatar The Last Airbender aartowkr evil, not stupid argument, not centered on romance, not so old and quite modern. perfect examples of what I am NOT looking for are: yuyu hakusho inuyasha kenshin rorouni yu-gi-oh pokemon Dragon Ball Z (I know it's good but I just do not like) and anything girly like "Boys Over Flowers" if u one or suggestion please tell me like ^ ^ and MEH Yuu Watase so do not even hate to try anything for her, and no gentleman vampire or a fruit basket or anything like that pl0x. GitS exists in three sub-unversed: manga, the (first) two movies, and Stand Alone Complex. The three exist in worlds similar around a CETER the fight against cyberterrorism group called Section 9, and in some cases recycling stories to each other with small modifications to make them fit the particular universe. GitS Everything has a strong focus on the concepts of being a person who has most or all of his body with robotic parts replaced. In the universe of the film, most of this exploration is on the philosophical side, asking questions about how much should be organic to be still human, and if a person in a fully prosthetic body can even be sure they are not a machine with false memories. Stand Alone Complex puts more attention on action and what someone with a robot body and some hacking skills would be able to do to win a battle or war, and what unintended consequences some of these options could have. There is more attention to the social and politial, and how technology can both cause and cure these situations. The manga (I'm not very familiar) strikes a balance between the two, but also contains much more oriented towards men a fanservice. Personally, I love everything about Stand only resort, and like the first film, but hated the second.
